Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HubSwitch Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Definitions

• "Service": means HubSwitch Pro software and all related services, including websites and mobile applications
• "User": means any individual or legal entity that subscribes to the Service
• "Data": means all data that users import or create within the system
• "Tenant": means an isolated organizational account within the multi-tenant system

3. Use of Service

3.1 You must:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

3.2 You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with, damage, or attack our systems
• Access other users' data without authorization

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are according to your selected package
• Payment is due in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• No refunds for time periods already used, except as required by law

5. Data Ownership

• Your data remains your property
• We maintain your data with high-security standards
• You can export your data at any time

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, there may be periods of unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure. We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance.

7. Termination

• You may cancel your service at any time through account settings
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for data export
• After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, special damages, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. The Company's maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
