Is Free plan really free?
Yes. HubPro Customer is free during the beta, and everything that works today is in the free plan.
Can I get the Family plan yet?
Not yet. Family and Premium are still in development, cannot be purchased, and we have not announced their prices. We will publish the price on this page when they launch. The Free plan is available today and is free during the beta.
How do I connect with a clinic or shop that uses HubPro?
When a clinic or shop that uses HubPro sends you an invitation link, you can connect your account to them.
What can the assistant "Nong" help with?
On the web, you can ask Nong about your items and how to use the app. Your phone reminds you before expiry and when an item is low. The shopping list is your own: note what to buy, tick it off as you go.
Is my family data secure?
Absolutely. Data is encrypted and accessible only to authorized family members.
